Do I need to install anything?
No. Chantiroute runs in the browser, on a computer or a tablet.
How much does it cost?
€15.00 per month for the company, plus €1.50 per active user per month, excl. VAT. The administrator counts as a user.
Which file should I import?
An Excel file with a Staff sheet (name, address, role, driver, available), a Sites sheet, a Depot sheet and, optionally, a Vehicles sheet (name, plate, seats). A template can be downloaded in the app.
Do I have to re-import Excel every time?
No. After the first import, your data is kept in your space and can be edited online (add, change, delete).
Can other companies see my data?
No. Each company has its own space; data is strictly separated and only your users can access it.
How are distances calculated?
Addresses are geocoded (IGN Géoplateforme, OpenStreetMap), then real road distances are computed with OSRM, without live traffic. If the service is unavailable, an estimate is used and flagged.
Can I change the suggested driver?
Yes. In the result, pick another driver from the crew: the route and kilometres are recalculated and the plan is updated.
Can I stop whenever I want?
Yes, the subscription is monthly with no commitment. You can export all your data and then delete your company space from the settings.
