Terms and conditions

1. Purpose

These terms and conditions govern the subscription to the Chantiroute online service (building site team planning and pick-up route calculation), offered by Lëtz Pilot SARL-S, 7 avenue du Swing, L-4367 Belvaux, Luxembourg (RCS Luxembourg B311241, VAT LU37756325), hereinafter "the publisher", to business customers.

2. Prices

The subscription is billed monthly: €15.00 excl. VAT per month for the company space, plus €1.50 excl. VAT per active user per month (the administrator counts as a user). Luxembourg VAT is added at the applicable rate. For business customers established in another EU Member State with a valid intra-EU VAT number, invoices are issued without VAT under the reverse-charge mechanism. Changes in the number of users are prorated.

3. Term, cancellation

No minimum term; the subscription can be cancelled at any time from the billing page and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current monthly period. Amounts invoiced for a period that has started remain due and are not refunded.

4. Payment

The subscription is payable monthly in advance, by card or direct debit, via the payment provider Stripe. Payment data is processed directly by Stripe and is not stored by the publisher.

5. Data

The customer remains the owner of its data. It can export it (portability) and delete its space at any time. See the privacy policy.

6. Liability

Routes and distances are calculated using public services (OpenStreetMap / OSRM, Base Adresse Nationale, Nominatim) without taking traffic into account; they are provided for information only and the customer checks the plans before using them. To the extent permitted by law, the publisher's liability is limited to direct damage and capped at the amounts paid by the customer during the previous twelve months.

7. Governing law, disputes

These terms are governed by Luxembourg law. Failing an amicable settlement, any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.
