Data controller

Lëtz Pilot SARL-S, 7 avenue du Swing, L-4367 Belvaux, Luxembourg (RCS Luxembourg B311241), represented by Christian Wagner — email: contact@letzpilot.lu, phone: +352 621 26 56 30. Lëtz Pilot is the controller for user accounts, billing and the operation of the website.

For employee data entered by a customer, the customer is the controller and Lëtz Pilot acts as processor (Article 28 GDPR), only on the customer's instructions and to provide the service. A data processing agreement is available on request at contact@letzpilot.lu.

Data processed

Employee addresses: important information

Employees' home addresses are personal data. The customer must inform its employees of this processing (purpose: organising home-to-site journeys) and only enter the data that is needed. To geocode addresses and calculate routes, the user's browser sends addresses and coordinates to third-party public services: IGN Géoplateforme / Base Adresse Nationale (France), Nominatim and OSRM (OpenStreetMap), as well as OpenStreetMap map tiles. These services receive neither the names nor the roles of employees. The resulting coordinates are cached in the company space to avoid sending them again.

Hosting and security

Data is hosted on a dedicated server of the publisher, in a dedicated database; each company only sees its own data. Encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, protected sessions. Daily database backup with restricted access, kept for 14 days.

Retention periods

Data is kept for the duration of the subscription; it is permanently deleted at the administrator's request ("Delete the company space" in the settings) and then erased from backups within 14 days. Plan history is limited to the last 200 calculations.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability (JSON export from the settings) and objection: write to contact@letzpilot.lu or to Lëtz Pilot, 7 avenue du Swing, L-4367 Belvaux, Luxembourg. You may lodge a complaint with the Commission nationale pour la protection des données (CNPD, Luxembourg) or with the supervisory authority of your country (for example the CNIL in France).
